FloodGuard Vents Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and where we ship, how long orders take, and how we handle delivery issues. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of when the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. We reserve the right to ship earlier than projected.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship using commercial carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers, selecting the method appropriate for the size and weight of your order. Shipping options and costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to ship by an alternate method or carrier than the one requested or paid for, as long as the package arrives within the same transit window; we will always choose the fastest and most efficient method that is equal to or faster than the service selected.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Estimated arrival is the sum of the processing time and the carrier transit time, counted in business days. Delivery within the continental United States typically arrives within 2 to 6 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays, including weather delays and seasonal or peak-volume delays, and we are not responsible if a carrier requires a signature and no one is available to sign at the time of delivery.

Freight and Large Shipments

Some orders ship by freight or LTL carrier. When your shipment arrives, please inspect it before the driver leaves. If the packaging or product shows visible damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing, and you may refuse a severely damaged shipment. Take photos and contact us promptly so we can help. Freight and shipping damage is handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which sets out the timeframe for reporting damage so we can file a carrier claim.

Address Accuracy and Order Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for late or missing shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provide. If you need to correct an address, change, or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@floodguardvents.com. Because we frequently ship the same day, we cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel an order once it is placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not arrive as expected, contact us at support@floodguardvents.com and we will work with you to resolve it. Claims for items that arrive damaged or defective are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. For packages a carrier marks as delivered but that you did not receive, please contact us and we will assist you in tracing the shipment with the carrier.
